Kath Himsworth

My pieces are designed and formed in my studio within Saltburn Artists Projects.
I enjoy making jewelry and accessories readily available to the customer that can be handled, appreciated and seen by many more people.

My inspiration comes from the beautiful landscape that surrounds me and the natural and man-made world. I find the repetition of pattern and shape within the environment are stimulating and this is reflected in my work.

I also make organic shaped pots, slab pots, lamp bases and planters. The pieces are made from Crank, Buff or Porcelain clays fired to stoneware. I create bespoke pieces and take commissions.
